Facility Response Plans

CCI develops Facility Response Plans (FRPs) for regulated facilities such as terminals, specialty gas manufacturing operations, and asphalt blending facilities. These plans are prepared in accordance with Oil Pollution Act (OPA-90) requirements.

We work with clients to streamline reporting and response procedures to reduce uncertainty and improve readiness in the event of a release.
