Civil Engineering

CCI provides civil engineering services in support of real estate due diligence from initial project concept through construction. Our experience includes stormwater and wastewater system design, site layout evaluation, and infrastructure planning for developments ranging from individual wastewater treatment systems to large-scale multifamily projects.

We are familiar with local planning and zoning requirements, as well as applicable state and federal regulations, allowing us to identify potential constraints early and support efficient project implementation. We also coordinate with geotechnical firms to develop site characterization studies, roadway recommendations, and foundation design criteria.
