Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
As qualified environmental professionals, CCI performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with applicable standards to identify potential or existing environmental contamination liabilities associated with real estate transactions.
When warranted, CCI conducts Phase II ESAs to confirm the presence of contaminants through soil and groundwater sampling and laboratory analysis for hazardous substances and petroleum hydrocarbons. If contamination is confirmed, Phase III services may include development and implementation of remedial action plans, feasibility studies, and regulatory coordination to address identified impacts.
These services allow clients to understand environmental risk, evaluate cleanup obligations, and make informed decisions regarding property acquisition, redevelopment, or financing.
