Updates to Supreme Court Sackett Ruling

CCI works with clients to evaluate wetland jurisdiction in light of recent Supreme Court decisions affecting federal wetland regulation. This includes review of existing delineations, preparation of revised delineations when appropriate, and support for jurisdictional determinations or appeals under updated U.S. Army Corps of Engineers guidance.
