Delineations

CCI performs wetland delineations to establish the legal boundary of jurisdictional wetlands on a project site. Delineations distinguish regulated wetland areas from adjacent uplands and provide the technical basis for permitting and site planning decisions.

Our wetland determination reports document the three required wetland criteria—hydrology, hydric soils, and vegetation—and identify the location and acreage of jurisdictional wetlands and other waters subject to regulation. CCI coordinates with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to develop accurate wetland mapping that supports avoidance and minimization of impacts during site development.
