Wetland Permitting

CCI provides permitting support for wetland impacts, including preparation of Section 404 and Nationwide Permit applications. Our permitting services include development of application materials, engineering design support, alternatives analyses, preparation of required drawings, and coordination with state and federal agencies.

We also assist clients with responses to agency comments and development of compensatory mitigation strategies when impacts to jurisdictional wetlands cannot be avoided. Our approach is focused on achieving regulatory approval while maintaining project schedules and compliance requirements.
